Return of an article:
The articles offered in our shop
are guaranteed by important commercial firms. Our commitment to our
customers is to offer top quality and the best guarantee. If you are not
satisfied when you receive your order you have a period of seven (7)
days from the date of receipt in order to exercise your right of
return.In the case of return the shipment expenses shall not be
refunded. Likewise the collection expenses shall be borne by the
customer (equivalent to the amount of the shipment corresponding to the
type of product acquired). In order to perform said return the product
must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the
goods are received at our warehouses, and after its state has been
checked, its price will be refunded according to the payment method used
by the customer.
In any event the return will be
accepted of defective products and erroneous shipments and Jamones
Domecq will bear the shipment costs provided that the customer gives
notice of this circumstance in the period of seven (7) days from the
date on which the shipment is received.

Right of abandonment contained
in article 40.1 of Act 7/1996
Once the
purchaser receives the goods, they are entitled to abandonment in the
period of 7 days from receipt, without having to pay penalties; they
only have to pay the product return expenses, and if applicable the
compensation for the damages to the object of the purchase. This right
of the purchaser is not applicable to those products which due to their
nature can not be returned: rural tourism, etc.The
consequences of exercising this right are that the vendor has to refund
the price paid by the purchaser; if the sale is made by credit card the
refund will be done in a short period of time, if the sale was linked to
a credit agreement, it shall be terminated. |
