of an unique variety, born and bred in our farms.

% ARTISANAL PRODUCTION
Our hams come from pure-bred Iberian pigs that are
selected one by one and never by herds. Our pigs roam
freely in the pastures and during the final fattening
process, are fed on acorns and natural herbs.

% QUALITY & TOTAL GUARANTY
The level of exigency that we apply to both the
breeding of the pigs and the manufacturing of the ham,
oblige us to limit our annual production to 3000 pigs,
this self-applied limitation allows us to control each
product piece by piece.
