1. How are the products presented?
All our products come in a gift box, with exquisite
presentation suitable for fits. The products are also packed in a white
cardboard box with our sign, so that they are not damaged during transport.
2. How does the Transport work?
Juan Pedro Domecq takes care of all
your multiple shipments, so that you do not have to worry about
delivery, which is so difficult at this time of year. For a total
guarantee we use the following transport:
Express Transport:

Standard Transport:
- TNT:
Non-Express Transport (Economy Rate) 5 days -- 8 days
3. Is there control over shipments?
We use an on-line system for tracking shipments. This lets
us see in real time where your orders are, at the place and time you ask.
4. What is the minimum order?
Our philosophy is to satisfy all our customers’
needs, and therefore you can place orders for our products from 1 unit.

100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, with optimum curing and exquisite presentation,
always as it appears in our photographs.
8. Can products be returned?
All our products are sampled and supervised by our experts
before leaving our drying rooms. Products that are “certainly” in bad condition
may be returned, for which purpose we must collect the product to check its
condition, and the product must be in its original packaging. Products may not
be returned on account of personal opinions as to excess of fat or curing
seasoning of the products.
