PRICE

All the prices of products and services are expressed in Euros and in US dollars and include the corresponding VAT.

WEIGHT

The weight of the articles is approximate and can vary by ± 5% owing to changes in the conditions of the articles during transport.

The shipments are done through DHL and TNT www.dhl.es and www.tnt.com

Vacuum-packed products can be shipped to any country in the world.

Products which are not vacuum-packed can be shipped only to European Union countries, and can not be shipped to USA.

Shipments are made within 48 hours for Spain, within 72 hours (DHL EXPRESS) and 4-5 days (TNT) for the rest of the world.

The maximum guaranteed delivery time for Spain is 10 days and 15days for the rest of the world.

Clarification

1.    If for any reason unrelated to Jamones Juan Pedro Domecq delivery takes longer than the above-stated maximum estimate, Juan Pedro Domecq S.L. does not assume responsibility nor will we accept any claims, although we will provide you with the data concerning the shipping agent.

2.    The company does not become position of additional expenses or returns as result of special taxes of destiny, of customs or similar.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Juan Pedro Domecq you have 7 days to return it, as from the date of delivery. Costs of shipment and collection in the event of returns will always be for the customer’s account.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We checked their condition and we will reimburse their purchase price by bank transfer.

If any product does not meet the hygienic and sanitary conditions required for it to be consumed without risk to health, its return will be accepted, providing that we are informed within 7 days following receipt, in which case Juan Pedro Domecq S.L. will meet all the costs.

Note:

No other reasons for returning product will be accepted, and we wish to emphasize that if any ham has too much lard or fat, or is more dry and hard than usual, this will not be an acceptable reason for returns or reimbursement since these are the customer’s appreciations and tastes.
